  • Launchpad - Graduate Development Programme

    Are you ready to launch your career into orbit? Our Graduate Development Programme, known as “Launchpad,” is designed to propel you towards a successful and fulfilling professional journey and chartership. It follows both discipline and non-technical experiences as approved by the Engineering Council.

    We open our recruitment every year from mid October to mid December providing a window for individuals like yourself to join our team. Additionally, we actively participate in various University recruitment fairs throughout the year to connect with prospective candidates.

  • Apprenticeships - Engineering Construction Design and Draughting

    Our apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and practical skills that are essential for success in the engineering sector. Through a combination of in-house training and working on real-life projects, you’ll actively contribute to attaining your Diploma in Engineering Construction Design & Draughting, in association with Dundee College.

    As an apprentice at Apollo, you will have access to a comprehensive training curriculum that covers a wide range of essential topics, including:

    • Draughting to Applicable Standards: Learn how to create accurate technical drawings that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
    • Training in Design Software: Master the latest design software tools used in the engineering field, enhancing your efficiency and productivity.
    • Design Process: Gain a deep understanding of the design process from concept to completion, allowing you to contribute effectively to project teams.
    • Mock Design Tutorials: Practice your design skills in a supportive environment through mock design tutorials, receiving feedback and guidance from experienced professionals.
    • Parametric 3D Modelling: Acquire advanced skills in parametric 3D modelling techniques, enabling you to create complex designs with precision and accuracy.
    • Design Office Procedures: Familiarise yourself with the day-to-day operations of a design office, including document management, communication protocols, and project workflows.
    • Survey Techniques: Learn essential survey techniques used in engineering projects, enhancing your ability to gather accurate data and assess site conditions.

  • Young Person's Guarantee

    At Apollo, we believe in the power of opportunity and the transformative impact it can have on young lives. That’s why we are thrilled to announce our commitment as a Young Person’s Guarantee Pledge Partner in Scotland.

    The Young Person’s Guarantee works alongside Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) to provide a programme that connects every 16 to 24-year-old in Scotland to a range of opportunities, including employment, education, training, or volunteering.

    Embark on your journey with us through foundation apprenticeships, commencing every September, tailored to our support functions.
