Apollo’s experienced multidiscipline engineering team supports our clients across a wide variety of projects from concept development in tie back opportunities (subsea and topsides) through to single discipline engineering studies.

Our competency and experience allow our clients access to trusted engineers to overcome and solve project challenges. Uniquely we provide our clients access to a full suite of engineering support from subsea, marine and topsides allowing a “one-stop” shop for operators. Our project teams are led by experienced project managers and principal engineers whom are subject matter experts with significant competence.

  • Subsea

    We provide a full subsea engineering service for our clients enabling project support across all aspects of subsea development from a single well tieback through to a full subsea development.

  • Geotechnics

    Any subsea development needs a full understanding of soil conditions as this will have an impact on any design of subsea architecture. Our engineers are able to analyse site survey results and inform the subsequent design of foundations, structures, pipelines and cables.

  • Wellheads and subsea trees

    Apollo support a number of clients in the development and design of wellheads using our mechanical expertise. Our knowledge of material strength, design codes and connection mechanisms provides our clients access to expert resource when they require. Additionally our expertise in thermal modelling at a finite level allows subsea tree manufacturers to understand insulation requirements on their equipment specifically for environmental and fluid conditions.

  • Subsea structures

    Apollo provide full engineering support to design a variety of structures including manifolds, PLETS, PLEMS etc. These can be either gravity based installed or piled. Our relationship with Global Energy Group enables a full EPC solution for our clients.

  • Flow assurance

    Apollo are leading provider of flow assurance services in the industry. Our resident flow assurance engineers are highly experienced practitioners in the use of industry standard software and tools. Our knowledge and experience allow efficient building of models and scenarios providing accurate information to allow the sizing and specification of infield and export pipelines and architecture.

    Flow assurance data is one of the prerequisites for any field development project. Our project teams enable concept development from client data taking production profiles and reservoir data and developing design scenarios and options to provide maximum value to our clients.

  • Drilling upgrades

    Our marine and drilling teams have a strong track record with the drilling sector supporting various upgrades and projects for jack-ups, semi-submersible and drill ships. From rig reactivation support through to equipment design and integration including managed pressure drilling systems, Apollo engineers enable clients access to industry competent teams to execute their projects.

  • Transportation & installation

    By having naval architecture and marine engineering in-house Apollo enables offshore installation projects through sea fastening design along with any associated temporary works design and over boarding analysis for our clients. Apollo can execute simple engineering enabling sea transportation of a module through to full installation design including initial story boarding, installation design engineering and project management.

  • Tie-in & layout

    Our engineers provide client support to understand the various options associated with any development tie in options. Often existing assets are limited with the available real estate and associated impact of any tie in scope. Apollo’s experience ensures option selection based on installability and least impact on existing infrastructure and production systems.

  • Major projects

    Apollo provides our clients access to scale to allow major project development and execution. Through our flexible business model Apollo can rapidly scale our teams to suit client requirement whilst providing governance through our project execution model, tools and systems ensuring accurate project reporting and control.

    Discipline engineering support (process, structural, mechanical (static/rotating) EI&C, technical safety, subsea, naval architecture, marine engineering, pipeline, design etc.).

    Apollo provides our clients full discipline engineer support across the offshore market. Uniquely we offer our clients engineering support across topsides, marine and subsea ensuring complete market sector coverage and avoiding any interface management with third parties in a study and development work.
