As part of Apollo’s road to becoming a net-zero office, we have been exploring opportunities to reduce our impact on the environment and reduce our carbon footprint.
Out of a survey we conducted to measure our employee’s carbon emissions, a significant contributor was the commute to the office and the mode of transport we use for this.
Whilst we encourage both active and public transport this isn’t always possible for our employees, and we are excited to introduce a new scheme enabling our staff to access to cost-effective EVs.
Apollo is proud to be introducing a government-backed scheme offering our staff EV company vehicles through a salary sacrifice scheme. This will enable our employees to replace existing petrol or diesel-powered vehicles with EVs at a significant discount.
This alongside other actions of sustainability will help our offices be carbon neutral and for us to live our values of protecting the planet and playing our part in the Energy Transition.
