Students Assess Flare Gas Recovery Options in Apollo Work Experience

Students from Aberdeen University attend Apollo to learn about Flare Gas Recovery

We’re pleased to be taking part again as a Host Company for the University of Aberdeen Level 2 Engineering Work Experience course.

Over the next month, four engineering students will get a glimpse into life at an engineering consultancy.

They’ll be working through a condensed version of one of our latest Flare Gas Recovery (FGR) projects, assessing technology options and recommending the most suitable FGR package for a client’s North Sea platform.

Our Managing Director, Richard Bell, was pleased to welcome the students to Apollo, alongside engineer Youssef Salem, who set the scene for the challenge ahead.

A big welcome to the students – we’re looking forward to seeing how you tackle it.
