Offshore Europe 2025: Conversations, connections, competition

Offshore Europe returned with energy this year, and Apollo was right in the middle of it. From the exhibition floor to the fairways, the week brought opportunities to share expertise, build connections, and even take home a trophy.

Kicking off with a win

The week started on the fairway, where our team took first place at the OGV Offshore Europe Golf Day. A strong start and a great way to meet industry colleagues ahead of the exhibition.

Talking hydrogen

At the conference, our Study Manager for Decarbonisation, Michelle Hitches, presented on the HOP2 project. The study looks at how existing oil and gas infrastructure could be repurposed for large-scale offshore hydrogen production.

The presentation drew a lot of interest, with tough questions from the floor showing how important this topic is to the future energy mix.

Supporting community

Alongside Offshore Europe, Apollo also joined clients at the Clan charity golf day. It was great to spend time together while raising money for such an important local cause.

A full week all round

Conversations, connections, and competition. Offshore Europe had it all. Events like these remind us that the energy transition isn’t just about projects or technologies, but about people coming together to share, challenge and drive forward.
