Apollo Nominated for Innovative Supply Chain Company of the Year at OEUK Awards

Apollo Staff at the OEUK awards ceremony in 2023

We’re pleased to announce that Apollo has been nominated for the Innovative Supply Chain Company of the Year at the OEUK Awards. The ceremony takes place on 28th November at P&J Live, Aberdeen, where industry leaders will gather to celebrate achievements in the energy sector.

This nomination recognises Apollo’s work in improving supply chain efficiency, innovation, and sustainability. We’ve developed practical solutions that enhance operations while supporting the transition towards net zero.

Innovation in action

At Apollo, innovation is part of our everyday work. Our PALM Quick Connection System reduces downtime and costs in offshore renewables. Our PALM Charger, currently in trials, will extend the range of electric vessels and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Tools that deliver results

Our tools help drive better performance. Apollo KnowHow™ speeds up decision-making by quickly analysing inspection data. Combined with our ALERT tool, which supports asset life extension, we’re helping the industry improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Partnerships that work

We’re collaborating with industry partners to solve key challenges, including flare gas recovery, offshore wind, and green hydrogen production. By applying our experience from oil and gas, we’re helping to find solutions for the energy needs of the future.

Engaging the next generation

We also invest in the future. Through STEM outreach programmes and community events like Apollo on the Shore, we’re encouraging young people to explore careers in engineering and sustainability.

This nomination reflects the hard work, dedication, and expertise of the entire Apollo team. Our focus has always been on delivering practical, innovative solutions that make a real difference to our clients and the wider industry.

We’re excited to attend the OEUK Awards on 28th November, and we look forward to celebrating not only our own achievements but also the successes of others in the energy sector. It’s a great opportunity to come together as an industry and recognise the progress being made toward a more sustainable, efficient future.
