Apollo will be attending Scottish Renewables’ Offshore Wind in Glasgow next week, from Wednesday 28th to Thursday 29th January. You’ll find our team at stand C5, joining conversations focused on how offshore wind projects move from ambition to delivery.
As offshore wind in Scotland continues to scale, the engineering challenges are becoming more complex. Our team will be there to talk about the practical, often unseen work that underpins successful projects, particularly across subsea cables and transport and installation.
Our track record
Apollo has supported offshore wind projects across the full lifecycle, from early feasibility through to installation planning and operational support.
This includes delivering offshore wind asset integrity guidance, providing clear and practical frameworks to help operators understand asset condition, manage degradation, and plan future inspection and intervention strategies with confidence.
Our experience also extends to the infrastructure that enables floating and fixed offshore wind installation. We have delivered a floating wind jetty mooring feasibility study, assessing safe and efficient mooring arrangements to support construction and operational activities in port environments.
Transport and installation is another core area of our work. We support complex marine operations through tow-to-port and off-station management, helping projects plan and manage vessel movements, interfaces, and offshore logistics in challenging conditions. At a larger scale, we have contributed to gigawatt-scale installation studies, where installation strategy, vessel selection, and sequencing are critical to programme certainty and cost control.
Alongside project delivery, we continue to develop practical engineering solutions that support offshore wind deployment. Our PALM quick connection system is designed to simplify offshore electrical connections, reduce offshore time, and improve safety during installation and maintenance activities.
